4.8.1 Product Characteristic

NT-Series dissolving fluorescent color fine is a high transparency, high color strength, and it can be completely dissolved in the solvent toner. 

4.8.2 Applications

Suitable for preparing solvent letterpress and gravure inks, and producing all kinds of wrapping paper, transparent film, aluminum foil and metal surfaces, and also suitable for preparing UV-curable ink. The fluorescent inks with this series products has excellent clear fluorescent effect, and it can be used in gift wrap, tissue paper, labels, plastic products, glass products, wood products and other fields.

NT dissolving fluorescent color fine soluble in many letterpress ink binder comprising: nitrocellulose, cellulose, cellulose acetate, butyrate, acrylic fibers, ketone resins and polyamide resins. In order to increase the resistance to damage, wear, water resistant, anti-slide capability, it can be added a small amount of wax additives.

4.8.3 Recommended Use

Recommend the use in mixture with about 30% ethanol or n-propanol and 70% ethyl acetate or isopropyl acetate, and add the binder in it.

Note: Available in other polar solvents to dissolve, the strong the more polar the solution the faster the dissolution.
